All orders placed from Ireland/Europe/International will be shipped from Ireland.

UK orders will be shipped from our UK warehouse - there will be no import fee's or duties. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note: Delivery days are Mon-Friday only excluding public/bank holidays.

 ***Certain areas within the EU are remote areas and the shipping fee will vary. We will contact you if your area is a remote area.***  

Pre-order items - Please note pre-order items will be dispatched on the date provided within the description. If any orders are placed with in stock items they will be shipped together once the pre-order item is in stock.

How can i track my order?

My delivery was late, can i get a refund for the delivery?

We have very little control over your parcel once it leaves our warehouse. Please note that the delivery times listed above are only estimations. Oh Hello is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods.

Refusing delivery/or not collecting from the depot 

Please be aware that if you refuse the delivery or its not collected it will be returned to us and the return return delivery fee will be deducted from your refund. 

Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.

If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.

If your order qualifies for free delivery but items are returned the delivery fee will be deducted from your refund.

We are happy to accept your return for a refund within the time frames below: 

Due to lockdowns due to covid-19 we will be extending our returns policy from 14 days to 21 days. All post offices are running as normal, this will allow you enough time to return on time.
